Air conditioning system

There is an air conditioning system in each room. The remote control is on the wall. Please, use the air conditioning with your windows shut. In the winter period from 01.09 to 30.04 the air conditioning system is turned off.

Bar

The bar is located on the hotel's first floor and offers a wide variety of snacks and drinks. Bar opening time: Monday - Sunday 00:00 - 24:00. (Ext. 3600)

Beauty and wellness treatments

Beauty treatments can be ordered at reception. You can find more detailed information about treatments available in the brochure that is located in your room. To order a treatment please call (Ext. 3600).

Breakfast

Breakfast is served every day in the breakfast hall on the 1st floor of the hotel (entrance via the second floor). Breakfast hall working hours: Mon. - Fri. from 7:00 to 11:00. Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays from 7:30 to 11:00.

If you prefer an early takeaway breakfast, please inform the reception in advance.

We offer breakfast for guest visitors for the additional fee of 7,00 EUR / pers.

Car parking

Security parking is available. It is located 600 meters in walking distance from the hotel. The price for the parking is 9,00 EUR per night. The price for the parking for the bus is 21,00 EUR per night.

Car rent

The car rental service is available at the hotel. For more information, please contact reception (Ext. 3600).

Check-in

The check-in time starts at 14:00. In case of early check-in please inform the reception in advance. Early check-in is based upon availability and for an extra charge.

Check - out

The check-out time is until 12:00. If you wish to stay longer, please inform the reception in advance, until 12:00. Late check-out is based upon availability and for an extra charge.

Conference & banqueting

There is a meeting room available at the hotel with a capacity of up to 50 pers. For more information, please ask at reception or by phone (Ext. 3600) or e-mail: conference@rixwell.com

Drinking water

Tap water is not recommended for drinking. The drinking water in bottles is available in the mini-bar in each room or in the lobby bar on the hotel's first floor.

Electricity

The voltage in the hotel is 220V.

Electrical safety tips

• Do not use the electrical appliances when the spark occurs.
• It is necessary to avoid contact between electrical devices and moisture or water.
• Do not touch the electrical appliance, switches, etc. with wet hands.
• Do not touch the wiring elements, lamps, switches, or simply working appliances with hands while taking a bath or standing barefoot on a wet floor.
• Do not place electrical heaters near flammable materials.
• Do not leave unattended appliances, especially iron, electric heating plugged in.
• Do not floodwater on an inflamed cable or break it off with your hands.
• Do not pull out the plug with the electrical device cable.
• Do not touch the electric wires bare ends with your hands.
• Do not pour water into the plug or power cord when it is on fire.

Evacuation plan

There is an evacuation plan in each room near the door. The location of the room is marked on the plan, as well as all emergency ways and evacuation exits.

Extra bed

Children under 7 years of age - providing for free extra bed and breakfast. 8-15 years 7 EUR/per night - include extra bed and breakfast

From 16 y.o. 15 EUR/per night - include extra bed and breakfast. In case of the need of an extra bed please contact the reception. (Ext. 3600).

Fire safety

There is a smoke detector in each room. In case of a fire please leave the room immediately and follow the evacuation signs in the corridors. Do not use the elevator!

Fire and rescue service

You can call to fire service, dial 9 - 112.

Hairdryer

For your convenience, there is a hairdryer located in the bathroom.

Internet connection

A free Wi-Fi network is available in the hotel.

Internet terminal

The internet terminal is located on the first floor of the hotel.

This service is free of charge for hotel guests.

Laundry service

If you would like to use the laundry service please fill the order form and put all things in a Laundry bag. It is possible to leave a Laundry bag in the room or bring it to reception. Please leave your laundry until 08:30. Your laundry will be done by the next morning.

Lost and found

Personal belongings which are found in guest rooms are being kept in the hotel for 3 months. Personal hygiene products and food are not kept! Forgotten belongings may be sent back for an additional price, which includes the service of the hotel 20 EUR + postal expenses.

The hotel is not taking any responsibility for the guest's personal belongings.

Luggage

The luggage room is located on the first floor of the hotel.

This service is free of charge.

Medical care

In case of the need of medical care please contact the reception (Ext. 3600) or call an AMBULANCE: 9 - 112 or 9- 113.

Minibar

A minibar is available in each room, offering beverages and snacks. This service is available for an extra fee. You can pay at the reception for the use of a minibar at the check-out.

Pets

Pets are allowed only upon request. The additional fee for a pet is 15 EUR per night.  For further information please contact the reception.

Post-service

You can leave your correspondence at the reception. Envelopes and stamps are available for purchase at the hotel reception.

Room cleaning service

Room cleaning service is performed every day from 8:30 to 17:00. Please place the “Clean Room” card on the doorknob if you wish your room to be cleaned. If you do not want to be disturbed, please place the “Do not disturb” card on the doorknob.

For changing the towels please leave them on the floor.

The bed linen is changed at least every third day of your stay.

Room service

The reception desk works 24 hours (Ext. 3600).

Safe

For personal belongings’ storage, we recommend using a safe which is located in each room. The hotel administration is not responsible for the things left without supervision.

Security

The hotel has a video monitoring system in public areas and 24 - hour security. Police number: 9 - 112 or 9 - 110.

Sightseeing

The hotel offers a variety of sightseeing tours. For more information please contact the reception (Ext. 3600).

Smoking

This is non - smoking hotel.

The penalty fee for smoking in the room is 150 EUR.
