The luggage storage is on the hotel`s first floor. The service is free.

Breakfast is served on the first floor of the hotel, in the Segevold restaurant, every day from 7:00 - 11:00.

Guests are also offered an early breakfast to go. If you would like to use this option, please inform the staff in the reception department about this (until 21:00 of the previous day).

Guests who do not live in the hotel can join the breakfast for an additional fee - 10.00 EUR / per pers.

Working hours of the SPA active area - from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. (last visit at 19:00)

Each room has an evacuation plan by the front door. The plan shows the location of the room in the hotel, as well as emergency exits and evacuation routes.

Check-in to the hotel is scheduled from 15:00. In case of early check-in, please inform the reception staff. Early check-in is only possible if rooms are available.

Departure from the hotel is until 12:00 p.m. If you wish to extend your departure time, please inform the hotel reception staff by 12:00 on the day of departure. Sigulda is a great place for seminars, so Rixwell Segevold Hotel offers the best rooms for seminars and conferences. For large events, we recommend the Conference Hall with a capacity of up to 70 people, for smaller three meeting rooms with a capacity of 10-25 people.

Pets

Pets are allowed in the rooms only after prior agreement with the reception service. The fee for one animal is EUR 20.00 per day. More information is available at the reception desk.

Room cleaning takes place between 09:00 to 17:00.
To change towels, please leave them on the floor. Bed linen is changed at least after three nights of your stay.
